Cool local bands. Finally !

Yes. You've heard that right. Finally, cool Malaysian bands have emerged.

It's been long since Butterfingers that I've found a worthy band from Malaysia to listen. Yes there's one or two but even then, they've faded away.

The band that I'm writing about are Meet Uncle Hussain and Hujan. After a lot of bands from Indonesia bombarded Malaysia and hey, I don't have anything against them. They're good. Most of Malaysian band sucks. As simple as that. So don't blame me for not being patriotic or whatever bullshit.

Some of Malaysian artist complaining that Malaysian radio station giving Indonesian music more airtime than Malaysian music. Well I have no problem with that. There are a lot more cool Indonesian acts that haven't reached Malaysia yet and they should be thankful for that. If you make good music, people will listen to you.

A New Beginning

Well first of all, the title above is not that correct anymore. I've started working in a new company for more than one month already. All that I can say for now, the company exceed my expectations. I'm looking forward for a long, bright years ahead in the company.

Recently a lot of things happened in my country, Malaysia. There're UMNO annual meeting ( I can't recall the exact name of this meeting), BERSIH demonstration and Hindraf demonstration. While I've got a lot of things to say about all the mentioned events above, I think it's not that hot now to write it. Maybe I'll write about it later.

For now, I'm looking forward to add my professional certification. I'm planning to take Juniper certification. Maybe that will take some chunks of my personal time as CCNA did. Nevertheless, I'm up for it.

No it's not that I'm trying to fight for my country independence or something like that. It's only that I've already passed my CCNA examination. Woohooo.

Studying for my CCNA have taken a lot of my quality time (yeah right). Now I can watch all the DVD that I've bought last year and finish my Dan Brown novel "The Digital Fortress" which I've already read half of it and the last time I read it I think around early this year.

My short-term career goal are now fulfilled. Hope for bright things ahead.

Reviving?

Yes! Record. One and a half year from the last entry. Cool huh?

Actually I've got some other blog in friendster blog. But never mind that, that one also starting to be as pathetic as this one. Haha

I think what I'll do now is to post what ever I've wrote there here and vice versa. Which mean I've got parallel running blogs!

Wow that sounds so cool and hi-tech but in fact it is redundant crap most of the time. I'll try (note the word try there) to post some serious stuff here. But seriously, what do you expect from someone who last post his entry almost two years ago? Even crap might do I guest for a start.

Now I'm sounding like I'm repeating my self.

Can't wait for UEFA Champions League which will start in exactly another 1 hour 45 minutes. While waiting for that I'll TRY (note again the word try) to study for my CCNA exam next week.
